List of Things to Accomplish by 2016

November 15, 2016

Ever since I started working with this new company, I realized that I rarely had the time to catch up with my routines before. Every day, it has been a work-home-work-home cycle, and weekends were usually dedicated for sleeping (if we weren't going somewhere).

Don't get me wrong. I'm not complaining. I love my job, but after adjusting for a few weeks and having Écrire on the side makes it kinda hard for me to juggle everything around. Of course it's just about proper time management, I know. So for the remaining weeks of 2016, I decided to try keeping everything together by organizing a list of the things I should accomplish by the end of the year.

1. Create outputs for Ecrire

If you're following me on Twitter and Instagram, you've probably stumbled upon my latest venture with Écrire (yes, shameless plugging, but please do follow my project on Instagram, and also, check out my previous posts about it here). I recently painted/wrote on the walls (and a few tables) of Ally's All-Day Breakfast Place in Araneta, Cubao.

I've been working on it after my 8 to 5 day job, so when I get home by 10 or 11, all I wanna do is sleep and get some rest. It was tiring, yes, but it was equally rewarding and satisfying to finally let my creative juices flow. I think I'll be working on their other branches too, but we'll see.

Right now I'm planning to expand this project by making decals, framed prints, wall decors, desk calendars, etc. Would you be interested if I sell them for very affordable & reasonable prices? Or do you have other item suggestions? Let me know. 😉

2. Keep up with the latest episodes of TV series I'm following

  • How To Get Away With Murder
  • The Walking Dead
  • Gotham
  • Modern Family
  • New Girl
  • Two Broke Girls

Oh, and something to look forward to this 2017 so I'm gonna re-watch the other episodes!!!

I know, I know, a lot of people recommended Game of Thrones and Stanger Things already. So yup, don't worry, they're on my list and I'm watching them as soon as possible. But if you do have other suggestions, please feel free to leave them on the comment section below.

3. Do my early Christmas shopping

I've learned my lesson from the past years so I promise to finish gift-shopping as early as November (or maybe 1st week of December, at the very least). My cousins and I are planning to go to Taytay, Rizal, aka the online-shopping district, to do our Christmas shopping this weekend.

4. Finish my pending posts

And I have like, 3 on my drafts + other featured/sponsored posts. Yes, as I was too busy with other things, I barely had the time to finish drafts and create more content for TDQ. So sorry for all the personal/filler posts.

Nonetheless, I'm glad you guys are still around. Somehow, the approaching deadlines are motivating me to work harder on this. Back to regular programming by December!

What are the things that you aim to accomplish by the end of the year?
